teve & Michelle Alexa, Isaak, Shayelle Steve is the director of leadership development with Next Level International (NLI). NLI is a partnering organization with the PAOC in their missions endeavours as they pertain to Europe, including the former communist nations of Eastern and Central Europe. Steve and Michelle along with their 3 children live in Bedworth, England and Steve travels extensively into many different countries of Europe organizing leadership development conferences, building new relationships with key church leaders and helping pastors dream about what the new church in Europe can look like. Through the long term development of leaders in Europe, a larger harvest can be reaped.

Prayer Focus:

• For the national church leadership within the nations of Europe, especially the former communist nations, that the church would work together for the sake of the kingdom
• For the many pastors who lead the only church in their city of 50,000 to 100,000 people, they need encouragement and endurance
